Course description
Mission Statement
To introduce implementation professionals to the ABR/S development and customization and working with bank-specific customization and contributions, enabling them to develop good quality code which passes the rigorous ABR/S audit and consistency tests.

Course description
The Avaloq Banking Reference/Starter Kit, or ABR/S, is delivered to all new Avaloq clients including on-premise, SaaS and BPaaS.
Code developed during an ABR/S-based project is developed within the ABR/S customization and development framework. In particular, ABR/S maintains a code baseline which is specially configured and used as the starting point for each new project.

This course continues from the Development and Customization I course where we will look at the way security is implemented in ABR/S and the relationship to organizational entities.
We will look at how ABR/s makes use of spreadsheets for applying configuration to the systems particularly with reference to security and rules.
We will also spend time taking a more detailed look at bootstrapping in relation to data management and how this interacts with the different phases of a clients implementation.
The course will also provide a detailed look at how reports are customized within the ABR/S framework.
The course material comprises theoretical and demonstration videos, supported by quizzes to test your understanding. It culminates with a virtual class in which you'll perform trainer-supported customization exercises in a dedicated training environment.
