Course description
Mission Statement
To provide an effective introduction to the Avaloq REST API products; AMI Web Services with OpenAPI3, Avaloq Open APIs and Avaloq Community APIs.

Course description
This course is part of the accreditation channel for Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals. It looks at the Avaloq REST API products; AMI Web Services for customized API development, and the pre-built, off-the-shelf API products - Open APIs and Community APIs.
In this course you will learn the business background behind the products and the type of development each are used for.
You will learn the architectural implementation of the products and how they are used in application development. The AMI Web Services section will teach you the basics of the OpenAPI3 definition language.
Finally, you will see examples of all products interfacing with an ACP system, and how a test application makes API calls and deals with responses.
This course comprises theoretical and demonstration videos, supported by quizzes to test your understanding. On the virtual classroom day, you will carry out exercises to build and program your own APIs using AMI Web Services and OpenAPI3.
