Course description
This course describes the Automated Personal Data Management (APDM) add-on module. This module provides a rule-based set of features to automatically detect the dependencies between objects and their associated orders when personal data needs to be wiped to comply with data protection regulations, such as GDPR in the EU and PDPO in Hong Kong.
The APDM add-on module provides a rule-based set of features to automatically detect the dependencies between objects and their associated orders when personal data needs to be wiped in order to comply with data protection regulations.
 
Participants are expected to complete and submit a theoretical exercise which prepares them for the hands-on exercises during the live (virtual) training at the end of the course. Accreditation points are conditional on the timely submission of the theoretical exercise and participation in the virtual class.
 
This course was offered as Delta 2019H1 and has been converted to an elective for accreditation and enhanced with updated content and interactive videos.
This course is for people who have not attended the Delta 2019H1 course or want to update their knowledge.
Objectives
On successful completion of this course participants will be able to:
  • Describe the main concepts of the Automated Personal Data Management (APDM) functionality
  • Explain the design-time and run-time components of APDM
  • Customize an APDM solution
 
Target audience
Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals who need to renew their certification or who want to know more about the customization implications of GDPR.
Prerequisites
Participants must be ACCP certified or have equivalent knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System. Only Avaloq Certified Customization Professionals will receive accreditation points.
