Course description
Mission Statement
To provide the customizer with a better understanding of Avaloq script so that they can deliver a more robst, flexible and high-performing customization of Avaloq software.

Course description
Avaloq script is used in almost every customization area. Due to its ubiquity, it has become a very powerful and sophisticated tool but currently lacks high-performance debugging and optimization tools. It is therefore the customization professional's responsibility to understand the impact of what they are doing and ensure the correct and responsive behaviour of the software.
This course will provide tools in the form of best practice, optimization and debugging techniques and programming tricks, together with explanations of common pitfalls. It will present Avaloq script in the context of other Avaloq technologies such as the task engine and order processing and course participants will be given the opportunity to apply the knowledge gained during exercises inspired by real-life scenarios.
At the end of the course, the customizer will gain a better understanding of the language, its possibilities, shortcomings and strengths and will be able to deliver a more robust, flexible and high-performing customization of Avaloq software.
Participants attending this course will receive reaccreditation points.
