Course description
This course is for people who have no prior experience with the Avaloq Banking System.
During this course, participants are given indispensable insight into the system and are also enabled to do their first steps with the system. Participants learn how to start Avaloq, enter a new customer (business partner), transfer money, execute a stock exchange order and other common banking transactions.
Theoretical information is supported by various hand-on exercises so that the participants can gain practical skills.
 
This course builds the foundation to use the Avaloq banking system and is a precondition for all those who would like to attend further Avaloq courses.
Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course every participant will know:
  • Be familiar with the ABS user interface, ribbon tabs, sub windows and icons
  • Be familiar with the Avaloq Navigator, order books and desks
  • Understand main concepts and the basic object model.
  • Be able to create a basic client relationship.
  • Be able to enter standard transactions.
