Course description
This course covers the basics of Business Process Management (BPM) and introduces how to model business processes using Business Process Modelling Notation(BPMN) 2.0 notation.
This course includes step-by-step instructions on basic and advanced elements of BPMN 2.0. It also covers the most common best and worst practices, so pitfalls can be avoided, and standard process modelling is maintained.
By learning about BPMN 2.0 basics and its core and advanced elements, participants will be able to quickly structure and model processes.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
  • Explain the fundamentals of Business Process Management
  • Explain the importance, advantages, and disadvantages of BPMN 2.0
  • Use basic and advanced elements BPMN 2.0

  • Pick a BPMN Tool appropriate to one’s needs
  • Use Camunda Modeler and Signavio Process Manager
  • Explain Decision Model and Notation
