Course description
Mission Statement
To improve implementation by eliminating ad-hoc processes and using documented, repeatable, lean, and optimized processes, tools, and methods.

This course is an introduction to the Global Implementation Method (GIM), which is based on best practices developed over several implementation projects.
GIM utilizes an optimum and standardized framework of methods which include readily available tools, processes and methods. These will minimize the expenses, organizational challenges, and standardization constraints common to all implementation projects. Moreover, GIM will ensure time management and quality assurance.
At the end of this course, participants will know the fundamental concepts of GIM.
