Course description
This course is an introduction to the Global Implementation Methods (GIM), which is based on best practices taken out of several implementation projects.
 
GIM is the framework of standard methods for Avaloq implementation projects. GIM aims to maximize the project expertise through standard methods, boost the exchange of resources, facilitate the mobilisation, reduce costs, time to market and risks in Avaloq implementation projects. Using the GIM framework will harmonize the implementation methods within the Avaloq ecosystem.
 
The GIM content is available throughout GIM online tool.
 
At the end of this course, participants will know the fundamental concepts of GIM.

  • Describe the rationale behind GIM and explain its objectives
  • Explain the Avaloq framework of methods
