The XSCALE Agile Performance Practitioner course is a fast start for enabling high performance teams and a productivity supercharger for existing Agile teams and Scrums. It gives hands-on guidance in Agile best practices including Extreme Programming (XP), Lean Kanban, Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD).
 
The course includes a certification: XSCALE Agile Performance Practitioner (XAPP - XSCALE Alliance). The cost for the XAPP certification is included in the course fee of CHF 2'400.00.

Target audience
XSCALE Agile Performance Practitioner is aimed at teams with minimal prior Agile experience who want to get up to speed and improve productivity quickly, using simple, proven and pragmatic Agile practices.
 
XSCALE Agile Performance Practitioner is also a way to re-energise existing Scrum teams that find themselves struggling with the tech debts and cultural compromises
 
And, XAPP makes a quick way for DevOps / Systems teams get to speed in Agile best practices too.
